Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
1.By way of this writ petition, the prayer made by the petitioner, inter alia, is for issuance of direction to the respondents to finalize/approve the
supplementary Award No. 19A, dated 21.6.2007.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to a Communication, dated 15.06.2021, appended with the rejoinder as
Annexure P/5 and he submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case this petition is disposed of with the direction that Communication, dated
15.06.2021 (Annexure P/5) be taken to its logical conclusion by the concerned authorities within some time bound period.
Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the needful shall be done within a period of eight weeks.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by taking the statement of learned Additional Advocate General on record that the needful shall be done
within a period of eight weeks from today. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case. Miscellaneous
applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
