Judgment
Ranjit Singh, J.—The petitioners have filed this writ petition with a grievance that they were licensee of this property from 1993 to 2008 situated in Jagraon. Their grievance is that respondent Nos. 5 to 8 have prepared a bogus voter card and being Sikhs have changed their religion and have got this property of Wakf Board on lease. The petitioners had challenged this action by filing a petition before the Tribunal which was dismissed. Their grievance is that the respondents got the licence for the year 2011-12 for Rs. . 1.25 lacs, whereas the petitioners'' offer for the same was Rs. . 2.00 lacs. Now it has been given to respondent Nos. 5 to 8 for sum of Rs. . 1.75 lacs, whereas the petitioners are offering a sum of Rs. . 3.5 lacs. The petitioners have not disclosed as to what lease money they were paying till 2008 and when they were possessing the land. It is for the Wakf Board to see and give the land on lease and such type of high bidding can always be made once the lease is executed in favour of a particular party. I am, therefore, not inclined to interfere in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
