Pursuant to the Court order dated:06.03.2025, Sri.Umesh Jahagirdara., the PDO, Ittagi Gram Panchayat – the second respondent is physically present before this Court and he has been duly identified by his counsel Sri.V.Shivaraj Hiremath.

When queried, Sri.Umesh Jahagirdara., the PDO, Ittagi Gram Panchayat – the second respondent submits that he shall issue Form 9 and 11 in respect of 22 sites in terms of the representation dated:26.08.2024 vide Annexure-M, within seven days from today.
