Judgment
The limited grievance raised by the petitioners in the instant Writ Petition is that the petitioners who was working as a Daily Wage Employees have
been abruptly discontinued from service.
The counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequently, few persons have been taken back in service applying pick and choose policy. He further
submits that, the petitioners though have made `repeated representation to the authorities concerned, but no response has been shown by the
authorities.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners file a fresh representation to the respondents No. 3 & 4 within a period
of 15 days from today and on such representation being made, the respondents No. 3 & 4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioners and decide
their representation objectively within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation filed by the petitioners.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
