Since neither the applicant nor his counsel has appeared today and well as on previous two occasions also i.e., on 29.03.2023 and 13.04.2023, it seems that he has lost interest in pursuing the matter anymore.

Hence, the OA stands dismissed in de-fault for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
