The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the advertisement dated 08/10/2010 which has been issued for filling up the post of Headmaster,

Primary School as direct recruitment.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners who are working as a Shiksha Karmi should have been granted some

preferential treatment for consideration on the said post considering the length of their service.

The petitioners in the instant Writ Petition did not have any interim relief in their favour.

By efflux of time, the recruitment process must have been concluded and the selected candidates also must have joined their duties and have been

posted at different areas.

5.

There does not seem to be any prayer for impleading any of the selected candidates.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, by efflux of time, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

7.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
