Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.05.2023 (Annexure P-3) and charge sheet dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) vide which respondent No. 5 has initiated the departmental inquiry on the basis of FIR No. 133 dated 14.05.2023 registered under Sections 10, 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 218, 389 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Annexure P-2) at Police Station Ram Nagar, Karnal, District Karnal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas, which are available to him, during the departmental proceedings.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
