The grounds taken by the petitioner in the present review petition do not make out a case for review as they amount practically to re-arguing CM (M) 277/2019.
Mr. Sharma seeks to contend that the findings in para 34 of the judgment under review dated 24 November 2022 might prejudice his client in another suit which is presently pending and in which evidence is being led. No other contention is advanced.
The fact that the finding in one judgment may influence, one way or the other, other pending proceedings, obviously cannot be a ground for this Court to review the said finding.
The mere fact that a similar issue may be pending in another suit is not an embargo on the court in examining the issue if it arises before it.
In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the finding in the judgment under review dated 24 November 2022, the remedy with the petition lies elsewhere.
This review petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
Miscellaneous application filed along with the review petition also stands disposed of.
