Judgment
Heard Mr. H.K. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as Ms. S. Deb(Gupta), learned counsel along with Ms. S. Nandy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
It appears to us that there is possibility of an amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute with which this appeal is concerned. But the details of the progress of negotiation towards that end is not before us. For that purpose, we are posting the matter on 07.04.2022 expecting that by that time, the parties will finalise their reconciliation. The first installment of the maintenance should be paid by the respondent, even though according to the order dated 03.03.2022 as delivered in I.A. 02 of 2021 in F.A.01 of 2020, last date for payment of the maintenance allowance is 10.04.2022.
Learned counsel for the parties are requested to take active part to settle the matter by the next date, if possible.
The parties are directed to appear in person on the next date.
List it accordingly on 07.04.2022.
Copy of this order be supplied to the counsel for the parties.
