The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent-Fee Regulatory Committee to consider Ext.P3 proposal submitted by

the petitioner in the matter of fixation of fee for the MBBS Course 2021-2022 and pass orders thereon within a time limit.

We have heard Sri.Mansoor.B.H., the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Mary Benjamin, the learned Standing Counsel for the Admission

Supervisory Committee.

The learned Standing Counsel submits that the proposal submitted by the petitioner can also be considered by the Committee and an order passed in

the matter before 31.03.2022.

Taking note of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 proposal submitted by the

petitioner also while fixing the fee for the MBBS Course offered by the petitioner college for the academic year 2021-2022 and pass orders positively

before 31.03.2022.

The writ petition is disposed as above.
