This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case of FIR No.66 dated 15.4.2021, under Sections 406, 120-B IPC, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Raman Mandi, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

Status report filed is taken on record.

The petitioner was granted interim bail on 4th June, 2021, on his making a statement that he is ready to pay the amount of Rs.60,000/-. During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner took U- turn and interim order was vacated on 12th November, 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now been compromised and amount paid.

Learned State counsel relies upon the status report filed and submits that the payment was made.

In view of above, the petitioner is granted pre-arrest bail subject to joining investigation within fifteen days from today and thereafter as and when called for. In the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. He shall be bound by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

In case there is any change in circumstance, the State would be at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law.

Disposed of accordingly.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending application, if any is rendered infructuous.
