ORDER
The Petitioner is represented through learned counsel.
On perusal of the record, it is found that one IB Petition No. 377/2018 filed against the same Corporate Debtor i.e. Kanoovi Foods Pvt. Ltd. has already been admitted on 26.07.2019. In view of that, the instant IB Petition become infructuous.
The Petitioner is at liberty to file their claim before the IRP/RP.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 521/2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
