Prabha Sridevan, J.—This matter is covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A. Nos. 1289 to 1293 of 1999, etc.,

batch and orders have been passed following that. One such order reads as follows:

Whereas it is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that his case has not been favourably considered by the respondent Board .However,

without going into the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29/8/2005 in the light

of the order passed by the Division Bench cited supra and pass orders on merits after affording opportunity to the petitioner within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the payment concession to pay in instalment given to the petitioner

by letter dated 2/7/2005 will not be disturbed and the petitioner is liable to comply with the condition given by the department without default. The

writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Following the above cited judgment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 22/4/1996 and pass orders accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.P.M. Ps are closed.
