ORDER

Mr. Damodar Prasad Gupta, IP appointed as RP in terms of the order dated 06.09.2024 submitted that the order passed by this Tribunal appointing him as RP could be received by him on 10.09.2024, but as he is not the IP, who accorded his consent to creditor i.e. Central Bank of India to act as RP, he took no steps in the matter in terms of the provisions of Section 99 of IBC, 2016. As the order was received by Mr. Damodar Prasad Gupta on 10.09.2024, he ought to have apprised the Bench about his stand much earlier. Nevertheless, in the circumstances let notice be issued to Central Bank of India to clarify its stand regarding the proposal of name of Mr. Damodar Prasad Gupta, IP as RP, as also to take necessary steps in the matter.
