Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present.

Vide order dated 31/08/2021 in CP(IB)/204(KB)2021, CIRP has already been initiated against the Corporate Debtor. Therefore, the present C.P. has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. The Operational Creditor is hereby directed to file its claim with the IRP/RP appointed in CP(IB)/204(KB)2021. Delay, if any, for submissions of the claim is hereby condoned.
