This application was filed by the Resolution Professional (RP) seeking directions against the former Directors of M/s. Mantena Laboratories Ltd, the Corporate Debtor (CD), which entered Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on 06.08.2021, with the Applicant subsequently appointed as RP.
This IA was earlier heard on 22.02.2022, and necessary directions were passed by the Bench through the Order of same date. There is no report of any non-compliance of the directions contained in that order.
Following this, the RP filed IA No. 1468/2022, presenting a Resolution Plan currently awaiting approval from this Authority. Consequently, the present Application has become irrelevant.
The IA is thus dismissed and disposed accordingly.
