In this Intra-Court Appeal, the petitioner-appellant has assailed the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1436 of 2021, whereby his Writ Petition was dismissed on the ground of delay and laches, and also on the ground of submissions.
It is apparent from the records that the appellant-petitioner was regularized as a Peon, though he claims that he should have been regularized as a Generator Operator on 20.11.2013. He remained silent over the matter, and preferred the Writ Petition in the year 2021, which was dismissed by the learned Single Judge on the aforesaid three grounds.
We do not find any merit in this Intra-Court Appeal. The order passed by the learned Single Judge is perfectly clear and perspicacious requiring no interference.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Special Appeal. The present Special Appeal is, hereby, dismissed being devoid of any merit.
The Stay Application (IA No. 1 of 2021) stands disposed of accordingly.
