Judgment
I.A. No. 42:
The prayer of the applicants in this I.A. is that the land lying on the National Highway 24 at Ghazipur intersection, having an area of about 30 acres be allocated/given to the live stock market.
Mr. Sanjiv Sen, learned Counsel appearing for the M.C.D. Submits that the Department has already approached the Delhi Development Authority for allotment of land in question. We hope the Delhi Development Authority to take early decision in this matter.
I.A. No. 1-2 in I.A. No. 42 in Civil Appeal No. 3769 of 1996:
Mr. Huzefa Ahmadi, Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the Association has some constructive suggestions for effective and efficient working of the abattoir. The Association is at liberty to approach the concerned authorities with those suggestions which shall be considered with positive mind. These I. As. stands disposed of accordingly.

Except the prayer (e) of the I.A., all other prayers cannot be considered by us.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Jha, Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant restricts his prayer only to the construction of additional sheds for the buffaloes.
Mr. Sanjiv Sen, learned Counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi submits that the said sheds will be ready in another six months.
In that view, no further orders are required to be passed on I.A. No. 44 which is, accordingly, disposed of.
