Judgment

This is an application seeking bail in respect of G.R. Case No.1077 of 2020 arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No.498 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote against the Petitioner under Sections 307/324/34,120-B IPC read with Sections 25 (1-B) (a) and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The role attributed to the present Petitioner is that he informed the two other accused persons of the presence of the informant at his house. No other overt act has been attributed to the Petitioner.
The Petitioner has remained in custody since 13th December, 2020.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record the message received from the S.P. Ganjam that the Petitioner has not involved in any other criminal cases.
Clarifying that the no observation in this order should be construed as an expression of any final opinion by the Court, the Court directs that the Petitioner be released on bail subject to the conditions to be imposed by the trial Court.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
