The compliance has been made vide diary No.3458, dated 27.07.2019. The Committee of Creditors (CoC) is stated to have been formed and first meeting thereof was held on 10.01.2019. It is stated by the Resolution Professional that OTS has been entered into between the Financial Creditor-respondent Phoenix Arc Pvt.Ltd. and the Corporate Debtor and that application under Section 12 A of the Code is proposed to be moved.
