(per Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)

1.

The present appeal is directed against the order of learned Single Judge dated 25.08.2026, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant and three others, challenging their transfer order dated 25.07.2026, from Garhwal region to Kumaun region, on administrative grounds, and relieving order dated 14.08.2026, has been dismissed.

2.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the instant appeal is concluded by the order passed today in connected appeal, SPA 404 of 2026, in respect of a Sub Inspector, who was transferred on identical grounds. The said appeal has been dismissed.

3.

Apart from the grounds, on which the order has been challenged in other cases, an additional ground has been taken in the instant appeal to the effect that the appellant had met with an accident in the year 2025 and, would therefore be put to immense difficulties on account of the impugned transfer order.

4.

However, we do find it sufficient to take a different view in the case of the appellant. For the reasons stated in the judgment and order passed in SPA No. 404 of 2026, the present appeal is also dismissed. However, it is left open to the appellant to report to the Competent Authority regarding his alleged difficulties.

5.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
