Judgment

This is an application for directions to issue to the State respondents to take necessary action with regard to the clarification sought by the respondent No. 7, for the preparation of pension papers of the writ petitioner, who is stated to have since retired on 31.01.2018.
Today, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State respondents, especially respondent No. 6, wherein it has been categorically stated at Para – 14 as follows.
“14.That the deponent humbly states that the deponent and the other State Respondents making all efforts to collect necessary documents as required by the office of the Accountant General and have already received some of them and may take some time to prepare the required pension papers and the Initial Pay Statement of the petitioner and as such it is humbly prayed to allow some more time for the same by the Hon’ble High Court.”
It is noted in the statement of the respondents, on affidavit that the documents as required by the Office of the Accountant General has been received, and the only prayer at this stage is for them to be allowed some time to process the same.
In view of the statements made in Para-14, the State respondents are directed to submit the clarification, and it is expected that the entire process of finalizing the pension should be completed within a period of 3(three) months from today.
Matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
