Judgment

Despite clear directions to obtain instructions, no instructions are received by the other side.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is heard on admission and stay.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F within seven days.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 29.10.2020 (Annx.P/3), the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chhatarpur
directed the subordinate authorities to terminate the services of petitioner and inform compliance to him. In furtherance of the same, by impugned
order dated 4.11.2020 petitioner's services are terminated. Thus proceedings under section 55(2) of the M.P.Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 which
are conducted by Deputy Registrar are not competent and would be a futile exercise. The respondent No.4 has acted under dictate of respondent
No.3. In similar circumstances, this court by order dated 25.1.2018 and 27.11.2019 (Annx.P/5 and P/6) has stayed the impugned order.
Considering the aforesaid and subject to hearing the other side, till next date of hearing, the effect and operation of order dated 04.11.2020 (Annx.P/4)
shall remain stayed.
