Judgment
This case has been taken up on a mention being made by Mr. BR Dey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr. BP Borah, learned Senior Govt Advocate appears on an advance copy of the petition being supplied to him.
By this petition, the petitioner who is employed as a Stenographer prays for a direction to the respondents to release him so that he may join the new post possibly he has some better prospect referring to Annexure V, a letter dated 14th July, 98 which specifically directs the District Project Coordinator, DPEP, Bongaingaon, to release the petitioner after observing all formalities. Petitioner''s grievance is that despite this direction the petitioner has not yet been released.
Subject to liabilities and recoveries to be made from the petitioner, the District Project Coordinator DPEP, Bongaigaon, in compliance with letter dated 14 the July, 1998. (Annexure V) issued by the State Project Director, DPEP, is directed to issue release order releasing the petitioner from service from today.
The petition stands finally disposed with no order as to costs.
