Learned Counsel, Mr. Suman Bhattacharjee is present on behalf of the applicant-respondent-plaintiffs. Learned DSGI, Mr. Bidyut Majumder is present on behalf of the respondent-appellant-defendants No.1 and 2. Learned Addl. G.A., Mr. Karnajit De is present on behalf of the State-respondents.
Heard both the sides at length.
On the last day when accommodation was sought for no satisfactory grounds could be raised on behalf of Learned Counsel for the applicant-respondent-plaintiffs. However, this Court was pleased to ask the applicant-respondent-plaintiffs to deposit adjournment cost of Rs.10,000/- but considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the same is reduced to Rs.5,000/-which be deposited to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of 10 days from the date of passing of this order and in the event of deposit of money, the copy of the same be submitted to the Registry by Learned Counsel for the applicant-respondents.
With this observation, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
