Anu Sivaraman, J.

1.

This is a review petition against the judgment dated 03.08.2022 making absolute an interim order dated 19.07.2022, directing grant of protection to the lives of the petitioners and their children.

2.

The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the review petitioner is the husband of the daughter of the writ petitioners, and that the review petitioner’s wife had been forcefully taken from his legal custody by his in-laws. It is submitted that the review petitioner was not heard in the matter since the notice was served after the judgment was rendered and that the writ petitioners are refusing to permit the petitioner to see his wife on the strength of the order passed.

3.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition had been filed on 12.07.2022 seeking protection to the lives of the petitioner and their two children. It is submitted that the daughter of the writ petitioners was a minor at the relevant time and an FIR had been registered against the review petitioner. It is submitted that thereafter Writ Petition (Crl.) No.847 of 2022 had been filed by the review petitioner, which was dismissed after the writ petitioners' daughter had been produced before the Court and after ascertaining the facts from her.

4.

I notice that the interim order rendered was only for affording adequate protection to the lives of the petitioners and their children from any threat or attack by the 3rd respondent or anybody claiming through them. This was the order, which was made absolute by judgment dated 03.08.2022. No material whatsoever has been placed on record to show that there was any error in the judgment which requires a review.

The contention of the review petitioner now is that the case has been filed before the Family Court. I find no grounds raised to review the judgment. Leaving open the contentions of the parties to be agitated in the appropriate proceedings, the review petition is dismissed
