Judgment
Bhaskar Raj Pradhan, J
Shri Harka Man Rai-respondent no.6 appears pursuant to the notice issued by this court. He desires to engage an Advocate but is not in a position to pay for it. He states that he is a mechanic working in a private garage. On a query from this court he shows his aadhar card bearing No.3283 6901 7219. In view of the submissions the Sikkim State Legal Services Authority is requested to appoint a panel Advocate on his behalf for the present case.
Mr. Sisir Mothay, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 submits that although the reply to I.A. No. 02 of 2022 was filed it is not on record. It is pointed out that scrutiny of that document is yet to be done.
Mr. Sisir Mothay, learned counsel further submits that he desires to file counter affidavit within a period of three weeks from today. Mr. Tashi Rapten, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 also submits that if need be he would file the counter affidavit within the same period. Permitted. Two weeks thereafter, to the petitioner to file rejoinder, if any.
