By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for temporary bail on the ground of providing financial assistance to his family.
However, Police Report indicates that the present applicant was arrested for an offence punishable under UP Act and he was absconding for a period of 15 years as the offence was registered in the year 2006 but the present applicant was arrested only in the year 2021 which shows that for a period of 15 years, the applicant has remained absconded. Moreover, the present applicant has three more brothers and six sisters and as per the statement of the present applicant recorded on 2.10.2021, his elder brother is serving in agricultural department and younger brother is serving in a Government School as teacher and the youngest brother is running a footwear shop in the village which shows that the ground of providing financial assistance to the family is not genuine.
Considering the total facts and circumstances of the case, the present application stands dismissed.
