Judgment

This Review application has been filed for review of the order dated 23.09.2025 passed in Contempt Case (Civil) No. 31 of 2025, on the ground that the same had been inadvertently passed in the wrong Contempt application.
Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M. Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondents also does not dispute this fact.
Accordingly, the order dated 23.09.2025, is recalled.
In view of the situation as it pertains, this Court deems it fit to record the following order in view of the order dated 01.09.2025, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, wherein the respondents were directed to remit an amount of Rs. 17,16,189/- being the value of the seized gold within 2(two) weeks of communication, the same which has been stated to have not been complied with.
Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI prays that he may be allowed 1(one) weeks’ time to obtain instructions.
Prayer is allowed, accordingly list this matter on 10.10.2025.
It is further observed that if there is no compliance of the order before the next date, contempt proceedings will be initiated against the respondents.
