Heard Mr. S.K. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate.
Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate brought to the notice of the Court by producing a copy of the order of this Court that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10489 of 2023 (Institute of Professional Studies and Research, Cuttack v. State of Orissa and others), wherein this Court did not incline to entertain the prayer made in the said writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10489 of 2023.
In view of the above, since the issue involved in this writ petition is identical to that involved in the case of Institute of Professional Studies and Research (supra), in view of the order passed in the said case as indicated above, this Court is of the considered view that the relief sought by the petitioner is not admissible and accordingly the writ petition merits no consideration and the same stands dismissed..
