Judgment
K.M. Joseph, J.—This appeal is directed against the order in I.A.2705/2010 in O.S.918/2010 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad. I.A.2705/2010 was filed by the respondent, under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking a review of the temporary order of injunction granted by the Family Court in favour of the appellant restraining the respondent from alienating the property.
We heard learned Counsel for the appellant and learned Counsel for the respondent. When the matter was pending consideration, it is brought to our notice that the respondent had alienated the property. The respondent came before us and she also said that she has alienated the property, while the matter was being considered.
In such circumstances, we dispose of the appeal as follows:
Untrammlled by the observations made in the impugned order, Family Court Nedumangad will take up O.P.918/2010 for consideration and finally dispose of the matter before the Christmas Holidays, 2011.
