Judgment
Heard the submission of Mr.S.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took this Court to the counter submission of opposite party no.1 through paragraph-3, running page-244 of the brief. Reading through the same, Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners attempted to submit that for the development through the decision in Case No.66/2019, the issue involved here has come to be resolved and therefore the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the writ petition any further. Consequently, this Court permits the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition.
Considering the submission of Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the Court of competent in case of any future complication. This Court finds there is no difficulty in bringing future litigation on future cause of action, if any.
With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
