Judgment
Rajive Bhalla, J.—Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law. On account of a matrimonial dispute between their son and the complainant, the complainant sought to abort the foetus she was carrying. The petitioners'' son moved an application before the Superintendent of Police (D), Ropar. The Senior Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, Mohali raided Singla Nursing Home and a female foetus was recovered. Accordingly an FIR was registered against the concerned doctors. It is contended that the present FIR has been lodged as a counter blast to the aforementioned FIR.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
i) that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required ;
ii) that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
iii) that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
