Judgment
Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, being aggrieved his client had approached the labour Court under section 33-C(2) in Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Impugned is order dated 23rd March, 2020 denying relief to his client, the workman. His client being aggrieved had moved this Court by W.P.(C) no.17603 of 2020. It was disposed of by the learned Single Judge on 3rd August, 2020. Accordingly, his client then moved the Cooperative Tribunal. The Tribunal by also impugned order dated 2nd July, 2022 said it did not have jurisdiction. We notice from 2nd impugned order dated 2nd July, 2022 made by the Cooperative Tribunal that there was finding in favour of petitioner on facts. Hence, both the orders have been impugned in the writ petition.
Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of opposite party no.1.
Issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.2 by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioner will put in requisites.
List on 17th April, 2023.
