Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
To direct the Respondents to adjust the Petitioner at Rohru on the retirement of one Smt. Urmila Sharel, presently posted as Tehsil Welfare Officer at Rohru or at any other place of his choice.
The Petitioner has submitted Annexure P-2, representation and action is to be taken by the second Respondent. There will be a direction to the second Respondent/competent authority to take action on Annexure P-2 with a special reference to the vacancy indicated by the Petitioner, which is falling vacant on 30th September, 2011. In case the said vacancy has not been filled-up as on today, further proceedings in that regard will be deferred till the action, as above, is taken on the representation filed by the Petitioner.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
Copy dasti to the Petitioner to be produced before the second Respondent along with a copy of the writ petition.
