Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following substantive relief:-
"A. That a writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued and the Respondent No. 3 be directed to submit a failure report to the appropriate Government."
Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having perused the pleadings as well as documents appended therewith, though this Court is not convinced that any case has been made out by the petitioner for issuance a writ of mandamus, however, as prayed for, these proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum/Court of law for the redressal of his grievance, which stood raised by him by way of demand notice. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, in the eventuality of the petitioner approaching the appropriate Forum/Court of law , the matter be expedited, though strictly in accordance with law, and by following the law of limitation.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
