The Petitioner is represented through their respective Learned PCS. Learned PCS of the Petitioner informed that cognate bench of this Court has already admitted the petition against the same Corporate Debtor/Respondent i.e. Terrene Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in CP(IB) 582 of 2018 order dated 14.08.2019, in view of this, the CP(IB) 353 of 2019 become infructuous.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 353/9/NCLT/AHM/2019 is disposed of being infructuous.
