Petitioner has filed the execution petition seeking execution of order passed by this Court, dated 30.11.2018, Annexure P-1. The operative part of the said order reads as under:-
“ The petitioner, no doubt, would be entitled to compensation for the acquired land as well as the structure raised by him and in case the National Highways Authority has not paid/deposited any part of the compensation to the petitioner, it will be required to do so within a period of one month. Similarly, if the petitioner is dissatisfied with the amount of compensation, he will be at liberty to seek its enhancement by approaching the appropriate Forum under the Act.”
Respondent No.2-National Highway Authority of India, in its reply, has submitted that awarded amount of Rs. 16,51,73,970/-already stands deposited by the said respondent. Valuation of structures was carried out as per current plinth area rates notified by Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department (H.P.P.W.D.), and consequently, the petitioner as well as other claimants were not entitled to receive any interest.
In view of the reply filed by respondent No.2, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out. Petitioner can take recourse to appropriate remedy in case he is still dissatisfied with the amount of compensation awarded to him.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

In view of the order passed in the execution petition, no ground for further interference in this contempt petition is made out. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
