This contempt petition under Section 10 / 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner (s) against non-compliance on the part of the respondent (s) in respect of the order passed by this Court on 09.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.27421 of 2022 [Bhawarlal S/o Gheesalal Vishwakarma v. The State of Madhya Pradesh and another].
It is mention in the petition / submitted that although a period of three weeks was granted to the competent authority to comply with the Court order, but till date the order has not been complied with.
Under these circumstances, the competent authority is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court on in Writ Petition No.27421 of 2022 (supra) within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if the order is not complied with within the aforesaid period and the petitioner is again compelled to file another contempt petition, then the cost of the present contempt petition as well as the contempt petition which may be filed by the petitioner shall be recovered from the erring Officer.
Accordingly, Contempt Case No.545/2023 stands disposed of.
