Judgment
Petitioners claim that they have attained majority and married against the wishes of their family members. Apprehending threat to their life and liberty, they have filed the present petition for protection.
Petitioners claim to have submitted a representation (Annexure P-5) dated 10.12.2019, in this regard, to the Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh at Narnaul.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sulinder Kumar, AAG, Haryana, present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Copy supplied.
Petitioners have placed on record copies of their Aadhar Cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2) respectively as proof of their age as well as copy of Marriage certificate (Annexure P3) and photographs (Anneuxre P-4).
During the course of hearing, the petitioners have also made available copies of their Matriculation and Secondary School Examination certificates which are taken on record and be tagged at appropriate place.
This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh at Narnaul, to look into the representation Annexure P-5 dated 10.12.2019 and ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners.
However, it is made clear that this order shall not be treated as stamp of the Court about the marriage of the parties and no opinion regarding the validity of the marriage has been expressed.
