Judgment
Contemnor is present.
Registry is directed to put up the records of Misc. Civil Application No. 668 of 2020. In the meanwhile Deputy Superintendent of Police or any other officer authorized on his behalf shall handover the station house diary of Jamkandorana Police Station, District Rajkot dated 21.03.2021 in a sealed cover forthwith to the jurisdictional Court of Magistrate, who in turn shall transmit the same to this Court by deputing a special messenger.
The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to intimate the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police as well as the jurisdictional Court accordingly to ensure compliance of the aforesaid order.
Since the State is represented by Mr. K.M. Antani, learned Assistant Government Pleader, he shall also intimate the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to comply with the aforesaid order forthwith.
Re-list this matter on 28.03.2022. Contemnor shall appear in person on all dates of hearing until dispensed with.
