It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner-corporate debtor that she does not want to pursue with present petition and she may be allowed to withdraw the same. On the other hand, Mr. Subodh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent-corporate debtor has no objection if the petition is withdrawn. Keeping in view the stand taken, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
