Mr. Khan, learned advocate appears on behalf of review applicants. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party-writ
petitioner. He draws attention to order dated 5th January, 2022, in which Court directed review applicants, for purpose of adjudication of the review
application, they must come ready with their defence case in the writ petition.
2.Mr. Khan submits, the disposal order was passed ex parte against his clients. His clients had sought clarification because there exists confusion.
Court by order dated 26th November, 2021, on reasons expressed, said it was convinced petitioner is entitled to the claim. Review applicants have
peremptory adjournment to demonstrate that in addition to the licence and permit, petitioner possesses, a special licence for carrying petroleum
products was required by law. Mr. Khan submits, adjournment is not necessary since the only grievance of his clients was that the order was passed
ex parte. His clients have now been given hearing.
No order is made on the review application. It is disposed of.
