Judgment

In this petition, the petitioner sought for a directed to the 1st respondent to issue the interview call letter to the petitioner for filling up of vacant post i.e., Driver-Female-general category as notified under its Recruitment Notification at Annexure-A dated 10.03.2022 and for other reliefs.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the 1st respondent and learned HCGP appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record.
On instructions, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent would issue interview call-letter in favour of the petitioner today itself for the purpose of enabling the petitioner to attend the interview scheduled to be conducted tomorrow i.e., on 11.01.2023.
Submission of the learned counsel for respondent No.1 is placed on record.
Petition is accordingly disposed off directing the 1st respondent to issue interview call letter in favour of the petitioner to enable her to attend the interview scheduled to be conducted on 11.01.2023.
