Judgment

When the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner.
This Public Interest Litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:
"(a) issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the respondents to inaugurate the Barat Ghar/Community Centre situated in Village Tekhand, Okhia industrial Area Phase -1 New Delhi-11020 and call respondent No. 2 before this Hon'ble Court why action has not been taken to inaugurate the above Community Centre and deprived the general public from use the same for their functions and marriages etc and further call respondent no.4 before this Hon'ble Court and take explanation why NOC has not been granted to Respondent No.2 for the last four years and direct the respondent no.2 not to charge fee from the poor people for solemnization of marriage and functions in Baratghar/ community Centre, Village Tekhand and only Rs. 1100/-for sanitation be charged from."
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 - Delhi Development Authority submitted that the detailed counter affidavit dated 17th July, 2019 has been filed by respondent No.2stating therein on oath that the Community Hall has already been opened for public and requisite Fire Safety Certificate, as stated in para 2, has been obtained.
Having heard the counsel for respondent No.2 - Delhi Development Authority and looking to their counter affidavit, especially paras 2 and 3, it appears that grievances ventilated in this writ petition about the Community Hall in question have already been brought to an end. For the ready reference paras 2 and 3 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.2 read as under:
"2. I say that Community Hall situated at Tehkhand, New Delhi has obtained "Fire Safety Certificate" from the Delhi Fire Services, New Delhi vide notification no. F.6/DFS/MS/Mixed/SZ/2018/2085 dated 12.09.2018 for a period of 3 years. Copy of the same is Annexed as Annexure-A.
I say that both online and offline booking of the abovesaid community hall for functions/ceremonies has started for the public immediately after obtaining the Fire Safety Certificate from the Delhi Fire Services. Copy of the internet booking is hereby annexed as "Annexure B"."
In view of the aforesaid facts, which are stated in the counter affidavit of respondent No.2, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
