Judgment
Chander Bhusan Barowalia, J
Learned Deputy Advocate General, on the basis of the reply filed on behalf of the respondents, states that sufficient relief, as claimed in the instant
petition by all the petitioners, including petitioners No. 6 to 8, stands granted to them, so virtually the instant petition is rendered infructuous. His
statement is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be disposed of in view of the statement, so made by the learned Deputy Advocate
General, with liberty reserved to the petitioners, including petitioners No. 6 to 8, to approach this Court again on the same cause of action for redressal
of their subsisting grievance, if any, including the pensionary benefits.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous, with liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the
petitioners.
The petition stands disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any.
