The limited prayer in the present application is to permit the Petitioners to submit their willingness for participating in the pre-promotional test for the post of Assistant Station Officer for which an advertisement has been issued on 18th September, 2021.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties the Court permits the Petitioners to submit their willingness for participating in the pre-promotional test without prejudice to their rights and contentions. It is made clear that this will not create any equity in favour of the
Petitioners and the result of Petitioners' participation will not be disclosed without express orders of the Court.
The I.A. is disposed of.

Counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.9 and 10 seeks and is granted four weeks' time to file a reply. State will also file its reply by that time. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.
