Lawrence Jenkins, K.C.I.E., C.J.—We are of opinion that the document of November 1904 does not come within Section 17(d) of the Registration Act, and on the facts appearing on the Reference that the appellant''s contention that the agreement of lease was at an end is erroneous and cannot be supported.
