The petitioner, while working as HST, was appointed as HSST, Chemistry by transfer. However, the said appointment was not approved by the 3rd respondent. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted Ext.P10 revision petition before the 1st respondent. Yet another grievance highlighted by the petitioner is that, she has not being paid salary either in the higher post or in the lower post.
After considering all the relevant inputs and hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:
The 1st respondent shall take up Ext.P10 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Orders thereon shall be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is further directed that, until such decision is taken, the salary of the petitioner shall be paid at the lower scale.
