Judgment
Apprehending arrest and detention in a Crime registered at the Baghana Police Station, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh as Crime No.89 of 2017,

petitioner herein, who are allegedly involved in Crime No.89 of 2017 of the Baghana Police Station, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. No other crimes
are registered against the petitioner in the Anthikkad Police Station, is the submission.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that the submission be recorded and the petition be closed.
Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court, if the situation so warrants, this petition is closed.
